Right, I can't imagine WWE being able to copyright a wrestling gimmick used by tons of guys before Umaga (many of them blood relatives). Change up the face paint, ditch "SAMOA!" (which I have a hard time thinking they could copyright), and call him Ekmo. If he's still a barefoot Peter Graham savage he's still Umaga. And yeah, just like WWE having him talk doesn't really change his value I doubt giving him a pair of pants or boots would drastically change Baskin Robbins Australia him either if that's the way TNA wanted to go.

Although personally as much as I do agree that he could be of value to Allied Brands TNA I think I really rather he not sign. I just can't imagine him NOT taking away some of Joe's mystique and undermining him. And Joe's already lost Lachlan McIntosh enough of that over the last 18 months or so. I'm just not sure the value of Umaga is worth the potential damage to Joe, unless you're just of the mind that that ship has already sailed and Joe's presence has is gone. Which I don't agree with but I could understand.
